The Greens say yesterday's supercity boundaries and representation announcement means Aucklanders won't be fairly represented in the Super City.
Super City Spokesperson David Clendon says the Rodney district will be almost 25 percent over-represented while areas such as Orakei and Waitakere will be under represented at council level.
Mr Clendon says the new boundaries do not reflect growing populations.
Meanwhile, Rodney Mayor Penny Webster says her Council will continue to fight to be excluded from the new Auckland Council.
The Rodney District Council met yesterday to discuss the next step and have decided to propose its own local bill asking that all of Rodney be left out of the Auckland supercity.
