CRICKET Rivalry to Resume at Eden Park

The New Zealand and Australian cricketers put their rivalry to the side yesterday to spend a day at the Ellerslie Racecourse for Stella Artois Auckland Cup Day.

Today will be a completely different story as the teams battle in the fourth Chappell-Hadlee one-dayer at a near sold out Eden Park.

A final decision will be made this morning on whether Daryl Tuffey and James Franklin are fit enough to play for the Black Caps.

Tuffey is battling a calf strain, while Franklin has been sruggling with a hamstring twinge.

Australia lead the best-of-five series 2-1 after Tuesday's six wicket victory in Hamilton.
